Double wall corrugated pads are plain brown sheets constructed of one sheet of 200 lb. Test "B" fluting and one sheet of 200 lb. Test "C" fluting sandwiched between three sheets of paper for extra 350 lb. Bursting strength. Approximately 5/16" thick.

Double wall corrugated fiberboard has three flat facings and two corrugated members combined in the following sequence - a facing, a corrugated member, a (center) facing, a corrugated member, and a facing. The principal use of double wall corrugated is for boxes. It has high stacking strength and has wide application in packaging difficult and heavy products.
