Our PB Constant heat roller sealer is designed for sealing MIL spec barrier bags, coated paper, film and foil laminates, and other multi-layer materials.
It comes with a constantly heated upper jaw that is adjustable to 550 ºF. The head can be rotated from horizontal to vertical for ease of product handling.
Standard features include:
3/4" wide constant heat seal in one jaw.
Seal lengths: 12"- 48"
Rotary switch controlled timer for seal from 0 to 3.75s.
Available Options Include:
Stainless steel work shelf and bag support
Heating of both jaws
Serrated seal
Hot stamp printer
