MIL-PRF-121F TY II Grade A Class I Poly Kraft Bags for Shipping

This is the most cost economical form of cushion pouch available. Designed to protect lightweight items from damage. Our converting capabilities allow us to manufacture small custom runs to large production runs. Available in open top pouches, lip & tape pouches, and also square bottom covers.

The L-PAK 65 is a heavy-duty three-layer cushion pouch that is designed to protect lightweight items, while also securing the items in the bubble wrap zip pouch with a press close zipper. The L-PAK 65 has two layers of 0.004 mil polyethylene with 3/16" bubble in the middle.

Liberty's unique Guard-Cell cushioning material adds a laminate layer to 3/16" bubble material. This not only allows both sides of the pouch to be smooth, but adds an extra layer of strength to the cushion material. Also available in custom printing, as the Toyota pouches in the photograph. These low density closed cell foam pouches also have an added layer of foam on one side, making one side less abrasive.

Liberty’s unique Guard-Cell packaging material has recently added the availability of a high-density laminate. This adds more strength to this already heavy duty bubble. Originally developed to help protect automotive bumpers from abrasions that were caused from dragging the large pouches along the shop floors. Available in custom colors and print, as shown by this blue film with red Toyota print.

Cancel Cushioning is an open cell cushioning material that provides an even cushioning that is unaffected by age, puncture and has a memory that retains its original shape. Designed to protect light-weight static sensitive items from damage. Pink anti-static pouches are available in sheeting, open top pouches, lip & tape pouches, and also square bottom covers.

The L-PAK 70 is a heavy-duty three layer cushion pouch that is designed to protect static sensitive items, while also securing the item in the pouch with a press close zipper. The L-PAK 70 has two layers of 0.004 mil anti-static poly with either 3/16" anti-static bubble or cancel cushioning in the middle.

The L-PAK 50 is a two layer metallized based cushion pouch that provides a Faraday cage & anti-static protection. Available with pink anti-static bubble or cancel cushioning. Also available in open top or flap with optional tape. The L-PAK 53 adds an inner layer of anti-static poly.

The L-PAK 55 is a three layer metallized based cushion pouch that provides a Faraday cage & anti-static protection. All the benefits of the L-PAK 53 while securing the item in the pouch with a zip closure. These anti-static pouch is available with pink anti-static bubble or cancel cushion.

The L-PAK 30 is a three layer carbon based cushion pouch that provides a Faraday cage & anti-static protection. Available with pink anti-static bubble or cancel cushioning. Also available in open top or flap with optional tape. The L-PAK 40 adds an inner layer of anti-static poly.

The L-PAK 80 is a four layer carbon based cushion pouch that provides a Faraday cage & anti-static protection. All the benefits of the L-PAK 40 while securing the item in the pouch with a zip closure. Available with pink anti-static bubble or cancel cushioning.

The L-PAK 10 is a two piece slide-pack with four layers of cancel cushioning in a criss-cross design on fold over 200 lb. test board with a 200 lb. test outer sleeve. Also available with pink anti-static 3/16" bubble.

L-Stat 25 Open Top & Zip Close Bags have all the properties listed above converted into a bag of your required size. The bag eliminates the hazard of static damage to electronic and other components. Sizes available from 3" x 3" to 60" x 120" in mil thicknesses from 0.002 to 0.008.

L-Stat 25 is also available in Blue and Clear roll stock and bags. Blue is available for product identification and many of the Clear bags are hot stamped for ESD identification. Same properties as Pink material and roll stock and finished products listed above are also available in Blue or Clear material.

Black Conductive Polyethylene is volume conductive material which is made from a single layer of carbon loaded polyethylene. The material creates a Faraday cage effect with E.M.I. and R.F.I. protection. This material meets MIL-P-82646 (OS) for the film and MIL-P-82647 (OS) for the bags. Sizes available from 3" x 3" to 48" x 96" and is standard in a 0.004 mil thickness.

Metallized Static Shielding is the most common form of ESD protection. It creates a faraday cage effect with E.M.I. and R.F.I. protection. Multi-layer construction, manufactured from industry approved polyester/metal/polyethylene laminates. Meets electrical & physical properties of MIL-PRF-81705D Type III. Sizes available From 3" x 3" to 48" x 96" and is standard in a 0.0035 mil thickness

Often times with the L-Stat 15 Open Top or Zip Close Bag important documentation needs to be carried with the item packaged. Liberty offers a full pocket linear sealed to both side edges of the bag or the addition of an add-a-pocket. The pocket linear is the full width of the bag and can be an dimension from the bottom of the bag to the top, and the Add-A-Pocket is a 5" x 7" I.D. sheet with 1/2" adhesive along both sides and bottom of the pocket. Add-A-Pockets are also sold separately in any quantity required.

Along with the adhesive capabilities of Liberty's Add-A-Pocket, we also offer Static Dissipative Packing Slip Envelopes. These ESD envelopes have a full adhesive easy to peel packing. The front of the envelope is a 0.003 Clear Static Dissipative Poly material. This is ideal for holding paper on bin boxes, shelving, and computer disk storage.

Manufactured from a 0.003, 0.004 or 0.006 mil Static Dissipative Poly material or a 0.006 mil Static Dissipative Vinyl material we can custom design and manufacture an ESD shop traveler for your specific requirements. Some of these may include a hang hole, three hole punch, extra pockets and/or custom hot stamping.

Square Bottom Covers are four sided covers with either a top or bottom that is custom fitted to exactly fit over a specific item. These covers can also be used to lien a carton. Most sizes are available and can be manufactured from most polyethylene and anti-static polyethylene films, along with many different barrier films. These covers provide protection from dust, shock, abrasion, rain and dirt.

For those applications that require full closure of a square bottom cover, Liberty Film & Packaging has designed a unique cut of film that allows the bottom of the cover to be square and straight at the top to add a press close zipper. These are available in many different polyethylene films and also in foil barrier films. this provides further protection as the item is now securely protected by the cover.

Bubble Square Bottom Covers are for those applications that require a tight fitting cover along with cushioning protection. These covers can be manufactured from 3/16" to 1/2" clear bubble, along with anti-static bubble. Recently we added a white 3 rd layer 1/2" bubble cover, which is used in the agriculture industry to help protect and insulate the item that is being packaged.

Gusset Bags are open top bags that have an added side gusset that allow the bag to open much wider than a standard open top bag. This is an economical alternative to a square bottom cover. Gusset bags are available in clear polyethylene and static dissipative polyethylene materials from 0.002 to 0.006 mil in thickness.
